On a mission from God, we're putting the band back together.

Kindof a big announcement for me: had the first meeting tonight to start a new band. Just me and a drummer for now, but we got a sweet rehearsal space and plenty of time to rehearse and plenty of gear. For starters the tentative plan is to pick ten cover tunes and whip them into shape so we can play parties and open for other bands. I'll be stoked to see us achieve that milestone. Been a long time since Ive rock and rolled.

Cant wait til early spring when I take delivery of my new vintage B3 with TWO leslies... yeah baby

Gonna let y'all in on an lil' secret....

one of the greatest reasons i have had to push out my old material is for the fact it is all tuned to A=440, a solfeggian frequency harmonic. Now having learned about A=432, my goal is to clear my shelves to the point where I am inspired to write new tunes all based on 432. Stay TUNED!!!!! to 432!!!!!! pun intended

Recent comment from a new fan

Alex, I've listened to your music for a grand total of one minute, and I'm here to tell you right now that High On Stupid is fucking bad fucking ass. I didn't know that I had been waiting to hear a song like that. I'm going to buy the whole album immediately. Can't wait to hear Building Seven.

Maybe there is hope after all.

Thanks for showing up!

To those who did show up the other nite for the record release party, thanks.  Honestly I didn't have high expectations for a large turn-out, so the fact as many showed up as they did, I'm impressed.

Looking forward to getting back in the studio to develop new material.

Come to the Record Release Party!

Physical CDs are now available at

Now available on iTunes

This CD was mastered myself using Steve Slate's FG-X mastering software.  Special thanks to Steve Slate for making that possible.  This album also featured drums (tracks 1 and 4) courtesy of Steve Slate's SSD-4 Platinum software.  Again, many thanks to Steve for his invaluable contributions.

At long last, after over two decades of writing and recording songs, I have finally released my first collection of my own songs, a debut CD entitled "One".

Matt Pinfield says "dig it"

A labor of love, each song is written, sung, performed, engineered and mixed entirely by yours truly, with the exception of the occasional guest solo performer as noted in the liner notes.  The styles include hard rock, blues rock, ska, techno dance, country rock, country ballad, acoustic folk, and various blends of these styles and others.

19 songs for a total run time of over 78 minutes; a double-album crammed onto one CD.
